"Oakland HD is absolutely, "Top Shelf!"I called to see if the part was available and they made sure it was before letting me drive all the way over from Daly City! Other locations have left me high and dry by telling me its there and when i get there, it's NOT!! I've bought a number of different parts from Oakland HD and the Parts Dept has never let me down with regards to World Class Customer Service! I'd rather drive to Oakland than than go to Dudley Perkins anytime!! Keep up the great work!"

"I was not sure about renting a bike during my trip to the Bay Area until I spoke with Raul on the phone. He talked me through the bike options, how to catch the ferry over from San Fran, setting me up with helmet etc. He even talked up some possible routes north and south, different places to stop for food, and offered to email me route plans and photos of the Fat Bob he suggested for driving through some twisties. That was all it took. I'm sold! Kudos to Raul. Bob from Milwaukee WI"

"When we walked into Harley Davidson of Oakland, we immediately were approached by Scott. Scott showed us around he was not pushy like most dealership and let us look at our leisure. When we saw a bike that we liked, we decided to go home and think about the purchase. The next day we called Scott and arranged to come in. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable. When it to financing Matt was the bomb. Matt showed us all of our options and the process was very smooth. He got us the best interest rate and right before signing he came back with a better rate. We would definetely come back again. I have dealt with many dealerships and this was far the best experience.

"Just another great experience this past weekend with the Oakland H.D. Service dept. Phoned Ryon on Friday to ask about a rear drive belt issue , recommended i bring my bike in for inspection the fallowing day , took the bike in and in no time at all Steve one of the service writers took my bike around back where it was inspected by Stan and given the Ok , So when it comes to customer care and quick service I again recommend to all that ride to visit the Oak. H.D. service dept. for 5 star service . Thanks Ryon, Steve , Nathan and all Oak. H.D. staff"

"We wandered in late one evening. I had been wanting to take my life long dream of owning a Harley Davidson but really thought it would never be a reality. Scott caught us milling around and simply let us know he was available. No pressure whatsoever. We spotted an 03 Deuce and after a little dealing we realized it was totally affordable for us. It was after closing time but everyone stuck around making the purchase super easy. The coolest thing though was how excited everyone was, you would have thought they were getting new bikes as well. Some nights before I go to bed I peek in the garage to just to remind myself what a lucky man I really am. Thanks!"

"Mike and Jess and the entire staff have made the dealership feel like a family environment. I bought my 01 Fatboy from Scott in Fremont. Last week I took my cam plate to the service dept to have them swap out the cams. I expected to just drop them off but they did it while I waited. I also asked Brandon how far in advance I needed to make an appointment to get 2 new tires on my FLHX. He had it done while I waited. You just can't ask for better service! Thanks Brandon. A vibrating recliner is the only thing that would have made the experience better. Thanks to everyone."

"Jess, just wanted to follow-up on our rental experience back in April 2011. 7 Bike rentals for 1 week of touring the coast... We had a blast. You really took good care of our group. Comming from the east coast, for a trip of a lifetime, we needed confidence that we'd get great bikes; and you delivered. The bikes were great, and we were very happy with them. "Mike, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how impressed I am with your store and all the people you have working there. I am the parts and service director at (blank) Ford I have been here for 36 years. I know first hand how hard it is to give good constant customer service.
